1. The service
AI School of Law provides online training, assessments, and certification for legal professionals through this website and the student portal at app.aischooloflaw.com. By creating an account or enrolling, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts & enrollment
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Enrollment is personal to the named student; assessment work must be your own. Firm plans may designate administrators with access to enrolled staff progress.
3. Course content
Course materials are licensed for your personal professional development and may not be redistributed, resold, or used to build competing training programs. Certificates reflect completion of our curriculum and assessments; they are not a license to practice law or a guarantee of any professional outcome.
4. Not legal advice
Training content is educational and does not constitute legal advice. Professional responsibility for any work product produced with AI tools — including verification of accuracy and compliance with applicable rules of professional conduct — remains with the supervising attorney and the student.
5. CLE credit
CLE availability, accreditation, and credit hours vary by jurisdiction and course and may change. It is the attorney's responsibility to confirm that a course satisfies their jurisdiction's requirements.
6. Payments & cancellation
Fees, billing cycles, and any refund terms are presented at enrollment. You may cancel future billing at any time through your account or by contacting us.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI School of Law is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on course content.
